Our goal is to make the healthy choice an easy one. We offer made to order, fresh and delicious meals which are well balanced, macro friendly, and an easy and convenient option for everyone.
We offer pickups on Saturday from 9am-1pm and we deliver locally to your home or office in Fremont, Newark and Union City.

All of our meals will be delivered cold (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.) Keep meals out of the temperature danger zone by refrigerating immediately and reheat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 seconds prior to consuming.
We will buy back any meals if you are not 100% satisfied.

Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to Fremont, Newark and Union City for a small delivery fee. You are welcome to order outside of this area and pick up the meals during our pickup window.
Q. What is the shelf life on the meals?
A. To keep food out of the Danger Zone, keep cold food cold, at or below 40°F or frozen below 0 degrees to maintain freshness. Our meals are made to order and prepared fresh every week. Shelf life will vary depending on the ingreidents used. Please visit the USDA website for more information.
Q. What if I miss the pickup window to get my meals?
A. It is your responsibility to pick up your meals. If you miss the pickup window we do not provide refunds since all the meals are made to order.
Q. How long should I microwave each meal?
A. If the meals has been in the refrigerator, microwave for 1-3 minutes (will vary depending on microwave) to ensure that the meal has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If you freeze the meal move it to the refrigerator 12-24 hours before re-heating to 165 degree internal temperature.
Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A. We understand that plans change. If you request to cancel your orders before our deadline to order you will receive a full refund or credit for the following menu. We do not offer refunds after the ordering deadline since our meals are made to order and we begin prep immediately after the order deadline time. If you are not satisfied with a meal or it has been damaged you may return the meal to the pickup location of your choice and we will issue you a refund.
Q. What do the calories in each meal range from?
A. All of our meals range from approximately 300-600 calories. We will post the calories and macronutrients of each meal on our website weekly. We use an FDA-compliant database for nutrition facts. All meals are weighed out but serving size may vary.
